Your Innovative Pain and Performance care team at Innovative Pain and Performance maintains a pricing structure that allows care for all budgets. We accept auto accident injury and workers compensation cases. For patients who have little or no Innovative Pain and Performance insurance coverage, flexible payment programs can be arranged. Innovative Pain and Performance Health Insurance Coverage
We are preferred providers for Florida Blue and several other health insurance companies and we are happy to provide courtesy billing for our patients. Some of our patients prefer to pay at the time of service to receive our prompt pay discount. They then bill the insurance company themselves and are reimbursed directly. This saves money and helps us keep our fees reasonable and affordable.
If you are involved in a motor vehicle accident, Florida law requires you seek treatment within the first 14 days after your accident for insurance to cover the treatment costs. The State of Florida requires motorists carry a minimum and maximum of $10,000 in Personal Injury Protection coverage. We will bill your auto insurance carrier directly and they reimburse 80% of your treatment costs up to $10,000 for emergency cases. Nonemergency care benefits are limited to $2500.
If you are injured at work, we will bill your worker’s compensation insurance for care you receive in this office. In order for us to treat you for workplace injuries, we require a referral from another physician.

No Insurance
For patients who have little or no Innovative Pain and Performance health insurance coverage, flexible payment programs can be arranged. If you have no insurance or do not have chiropractic benefits, there is still a way for you to receive the care you need. Many patients pay directly for care, as they discover chiropractic to be extremely cost-effective and affordable.
Health on a Budget
At Innovative Pain and Performance Clinic we’re convinced that a small amount of your time and money to care for your most important asset–your health–will be far less time consuming and expensive than trying to recover it. If you feel you do not have enough time or money to take care of yourself, please contact us–we can help! The last thing we want is for you to come to our Innovative Pain and Performance wellness center in crisis. So please take your health very seriously. As the old saying goes, if you don’t have your health, you don’t have anything. Don’t discover too late how true that statement is.
